Service Description
Perfect preparation and your choice of Magpie™ vegan gel colour, finished with oil to hydrate your cuticles and keep your hands happy for a recommended 2-3 weeks wear. IMPORTANT: Please arrive to your first appointment with naked nails! If you do not have previous products from other salons removed prior to your appointment we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your full appointment fee will apply. There is a charge for removal of other salons' products. Nail art, glitters and chromes are available from 50p per nail and are payable at your appointment. If you would like more complex nail art or have an idea of what you would like, please provide us with an image beforehand so we can allocate enough time. Extra time and materials will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss your appointment or give less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation, you’ll still be charged. We understand that emergencies happen and may reschedule your appointment at our discretion, however this is not guaranteed and missed appointments will not be refunded. If you have chosen extras such as nail art, these will be payable on the day. If you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and it will be treated as a missed appointment. You will still be charged the full appointment fee. If we are unable to carry out your treatment due to a medical condition (e.g. fungal nails) that we were not informed of at the point of booking, you will still be charged the full appointment fee. We cannot proceed with the service if it is unsafe or unsuitable.
