Service Description
Only applicable if your nails were done somewhere else. Removal is free when you’re having an Ulu product reapplied. From £14. While I try to remove products as quickly and effectively as I can, if safe removal of another salon's product takes longer than 30 minutes extra charges will apply.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss your appointment or give less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation, you’ll still be charged. We understand that emergencies happen and may reschedule your appointment at our discretion, however this is not guaranteed and missed appointments will not be refunded. If you have chosen extras such as nail art or hydrotherapy sessions, these will be payable on the day. If you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and it will be treated as a missed appointment. You will still be charged the full appointment fee.
