Patch Test
Book a patch test at least 48 hours before your lash or brow treatment
Service Description
A small amount of product will be applied to your inner arm to check for allergies or sensitivity a minimum of 48 hours before any lash or brow treatments. Please note that without a patch test we won't be able to carry out your main treatment!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss your appointment or give less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation, you’ll still be charged. We understand that emergencies happen and may reschedule your appointment at our discretion, however this is not guaranteed and missed appointments will not be refunded. If you have chosen extras such as nail art, these will be payable on the day. If you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and it will be treated as a missed appointment. You will still be charged the full appointment fee. If we are unable to carry out your treatment due to a medical condition (e.g. fungal nails) that we were not informed of at the point of booking, you will still be charged the full appointment fee. We cannot proceed with the service if it is unsafe or unsuitable.
