Book a patch test at least 48 hours before your lash or brow treatment
Service Description
A small amount of product will be applied to your inner arm to check for allergies or sensitivity a minimum of 48 hours before any lash or brow treatments. Please note that without a patch test we won't be able to carry out your main treatment!
Cancellation Policy
Our treatments are for adults only. We cannot serve customers under 18 years of age. Please double-check your booking time and date. Incorrect bookings cannot be fully refunded, as we are charged by our booking platform. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will still be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen and may reschedule your appointment at our discretion; however, this is not guaranteed. Any extras, such as nail art, will be payable on the day of your appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment, and it will be treated as a missed appointment. The full appointment fee will still apply. If a medical condition (e.g., fungal nails) is discovered that prevents us from safely carrying out your treatment, and this was not disclosed at the time of booking, the full appointment fee will still apply. Safety and suitability are our priority.
